All items are graded by our expert team. Grade A items are in excellent vintage condition with no major flaws, while Grade B may show minor signs of wear such as small marks or fading, consistent with their age.
Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Yes, to maintain wholesale pricing, we require a minimum order value of $250 or a specific weight requirement depending on the category of the bundle.
How long does shipping take for bulk orders?
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary by location but generally arrive within 7-14 business days via our premium freight partners.
Can I request specific sizes or brands in a bundle?
While our mystery bundles are curated based on style and category, we do offer 'Handpick' sessions via video call where you can select specific pieces for your inventory.
What is your return policy for wholesale lots?
Due to the nature of vintage wholesale, all sales are final. However, if there is a significant discrepancy in the grading or quantity received, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Are all items laundered before shipping?
Items are sent in their raw vintage state to keep costs low for our retailers. We recommend that all customers professionally launder or steam garments before putting them on the sales floor.
