Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of any items that do not meet our grading standards.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the specific return shipping address for our warehouse.
Secure Packaging
Pack the items securely in their original wholesale packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box to avoid processing delays.
Refund Processing
After our quality control team inspects the returned vintage goods, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
